Description: Handkerchiefs, the Artful Little Squares of History will have Terese Blaning do a presentation on the handkerchief in history, literature, art, and everyday life. Enjoy tea and finger foods. Displays of tea service and related items by local merchants with opportunity to purchase. Reservations by April 30. Door prizes. Free will offering. This is a fundraiser for the Augusta Area Historical Society. Please bring your special hankie and story to share.
Directions: Handkerchiefs, the Artful Little Squares of History will be held in downtown Augusta in the Senior Center on Main Street, Highway 287. Between Augusta Service Station and J & S Hardware and across the street from Manix Grocery store.
