Description: The Scraps and Threads Quilt of Eureka, Montana will be holding their annual Quilt Show on April 23and 24, 2005 at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds. In addition to a fabulous array of quilts, demonstrations on quilting techniques will be held throughout the weekend. There will be a tearoom serving coffee, tea and cookies, a merchant mall where vendors display their wares and our boutique where you will find many quilted items for sale. It is a wonderful time to think of upcoming gift needs. All the items are hand crafted by the Guild members. The Quilt Show will be held during the Rendezvous Days Celebration. Tickets are available for our raffle quilt for $1 each or 6 for $5 and can be ordered through the website. There is space available for parking your camper or RV for a small fee. At this time, the hours of the quilt show will be from 9am to 5pm. Directions: Eureka is located approximately 65 miles north of Kalispell on Highway 93 or approximately 80 miles from the Idaho state line .Traveling east of Bonner's Ferry on Highway 2 to Libby, then north on Highway 37 to Eureka .It is also just 7 miles south of the Canadian border on Highway 93 .The Fairgrounds are located on Osloski Road a little north of Eureka's city limits. Events will be well marked along the way.
