Description: Powder River Quarter Horse Breeders Sale & Futurity is always held Saturday and Sunday of Labor Day weekend, with sale on Sunday. This is a quarter horse sale and futurity events for horses. Includes events for yearlings through mature horses.Offered in the sale are approximately 100 head of top quality registered Quarter Horses from local breeders, approximately 55 weaning colts, balance being a nice selection of ride horses, yearlings and brood mares. Exclusive feature - $10,000.00 yearling halter futurity. All colts purchased in the sale are eligible to compete in this futurity as a yearling.
