Description: The Ninepipes Old Time Social will begin at 11:00am and continue to 3:00pm. This marks the 8th anniversary of the opening of the Ninepipes Museum of Early Montana, a non-profit organization. This is a wonderful community event that is open to the public and is fun for all ages. Various outdoor live history demonstrations to include Mountain Men demonstrating some of Lewis & Clark style trade wares and period dress. Black powder rifle shooting, primitive skills, tomahawk throwing, and other artisan specialties will be part of the days' events. Entertainment by local musicians. Food vendors will sell hamburgers, pie and ice cream. Special exhibits will be on display in the museum. Anniversary celebration rate for museum admission - FREE TO MUSEUM - for the day! Directions: Ninepipes Museum of Early Montana is located six miles south of Ronan on US Highway 93 mile marker 41. Event will be held on the museum grounds with parking at the Ninepipes Lodge (formerly Allentown).
